Equestrian Reformer Pilates Session with internationally renowned Pilates Instructor, Julie Driver
followed by
A position & biomechanics riding lesson with the very experienced Lizzie Best

A tea/ coffee or smoothie in Equus
During the pilates session you will work on the muscle inbalances in your body that affect your riding posiiton. You will then take this new found awareness and use it to begin improving your riding position. You will develop an understanding of how your muscle inbalances affect your abilty to apply the aids effectively and how this affects your horse's way of going
